Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp salted butter
  • 0.5 (25g) bunch sage, leaves picked
  • 1 (250g) pack butternut squash and herb ravioli
  • 2 amaretti biscuits, crushed
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the sage leaves and fry until crisp.
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook the ravioli as per pack instructions; drain and divide between 2 plates.
  • Step 3

    Spoon over the butter and crispy sage. Sprinkle with the crushed amaretti and chilli flakes to serve.
