This 3 ingredient recipe is a wonder at a BBQ! With very little effort you can transform chicken. It can also be made in the oven and paired with a green salad and toasted pitta makes a fabulous summer supper.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 bottle of tracklements sweet mustard ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of runny honey

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the chicken thighs into a dish so that they fit snugly. Mix together the Sweet Mustard Ketchup and honey and pour over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for anything from 1 to 6 hours.
  • Step 2

    Cook on the barbecue, or in a hot oven for 20-30 mins or until the chicken is cooked through, turning frequently and basting regularly with the marinade.
  • Step 3

    Serve with a mixed leaf or a potato salad.
