
Sticky Teriyaki Sausages

Sticky sausages coated in a glossy teriyaki and honey marinade are perfect for parties and barbecues. Serve piled on a plate with toothpicks nearby for skewering and devouring. These are also delicious stuffed into a toasted brioche bun alongside a fresh Asian-inspired slaw for an easy and delicious weekday summer supper.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 500 g of chipolata pork sausages
- 180 ml of teriyaki sauce
- 20 ml of honey
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- 10 g of coriander, leaves only, roughly chopped
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5 and line a roasting tin with foil. Halve the chipolatas to make double the amount of smaller cocktail sausages.Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce and honey until smooth. Add the sausages and stir to combine until all the sausages are well-coated in the marinade. Transfer the sausages to the roasting tin and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.Step 3
Serve the sausages immediately sprinkled with the sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
