
Stuffed Baby Potatoes with Sour Cream and Bolognese

Fun little finger food for your little one. These
don’t just taste great but finger foods also help your baby’s coordination
improve. These are suitable for little one’s aged 10 months and up.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 4 medium new potatoes
- 80 g of piccolo bolognese sauce
- 1 tbsp of sour cream or crème fraiche
- 1 tsp of chopped chive
Method
Step 1
Either pierce and microwave the potatoes until cooked through, or boil in a pan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes until cooked throughStep 2
Once cooked, drain and leave to cool for a few minutes while you heat through the Bolognese sauce in a pan for a few minutesStep 3
Split the potatoes 3/4 down the middle and open up to allow space for the sauce. Add the sauce on top of the potatoes and serve with a little dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped chives.
