Ingredients
- 600 g of mixed tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 200 g of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 olive bread
- 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, for the dressing
- 2.5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, for the dressing
Method
Step 1
Arrange the tomatoes on a plate with the avocado.Step 2
Drain the mozzarella and tear into chunks.Step 3
Mix the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over. Season and tear over the basil leaves.Step 4
Serve with olive bread to mop up all the yummy juices.
