Ingredients
- 1 (150g) bag sizzling steak ridge cut crisps
- 1 (240g) pot prawn cocktail
- 1 (25g) pack chives, chopped
- 1 (50g) pot lumpfish caviar (optional)
Method
Step 1
Arrange crisps on a board or serving platter. Top each with a spoonful of the prawn cocktail.Step 2
Sprinkle each with the chopped chives and a little dollop of caviar (if using). These are best assembled just before serving so the crisps keep their crunch and the seafood stays fresh.
