Ingredients

  • 2 packs of m&s roasted sweet chilli salmon fillets
  • 250 g of microwave wholegrain rice
  • 8 soft tacos
  • 1 tub of m&s chunky guacamole dip (170g)
  • 1 jar of m&s pickled red onions (260g)
  • 1 lime, juiced (optional)
  • 1 red chilli, chopped (optional)
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Flake the sweet chilli smoked salmon fillets into bite-size chunks.
  • Step 2

    Microwave the rice according to packet instructions.
  • Step 3

    Toast the tacos in a dry pan until lightly charred.
  • Step 4

    Build the tacos by spooning the rice onto the toasted tacos, top with the salmon, then add a spoonful of chunky guac dip and some pickled red onion.
  • Step 5

    Garnish with lime juice, chilli and coriander, if you like.
