Ingredients
- 2 packs of m&s roasted sweet chilli salmon fillets
- 250 g of microwave wholegrain rice
- 8 soft tacos
- 1 tub of m&s chunky guacamole dip (170g)
- 1 jar of m&s pickled red onions (260g)
- 1 lime, juiced (optional)
- 1 red chilli, chopped (optional)
- 1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Method
Step 1
Flake the sweet chilli smoked salmon fillets into bite-size chunks.Step 2
Microwave the rice according to packet instructions.Step 3
Toast the tacos in a dry pan until lightly charred.Step 4
Build the tacos by spooning the rice onto the toasted tacos, top with the salmon, then add a spoonful of chunky guac dip and some pickled red onion.Step 5
Garnish with lime juice, chilli and coriander, if you like.
