Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 100 g of green beans
- 150 ml of blue dragon sweet chilli sauce
- 2 spring onions, chopped
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the salmon fillets and green beans into the baking paper, making a bag/parcel shape.Step 2
Cover the fish with the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce and the chopped spring onions.Step 3
Tie the bag, place it on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.Step 4
Carefully open the bag as the steam will be hot, and pour the contents onto two plates. This tastes great with parboiled new potatoes or penne pasta and a dollop of cream cheese.
