A fruity take on sushi from Annabel Karmel, these sweet dessert rolls are created exclusively for BerryWorld. Super fun and easy to roll up, these little treats are great finger food for little explorers. Made with lots of raspberries, fruit loaf slices and a dollop of cream cheese, these rolls aren’t just delicious, but kids will also love to help make them too.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 slices of raisin and cinnamon fruit loaf
- 2 tbsp of cream cheese
- 50 g of berryworld raspberries, plus extra to serve
Method
Step 1
Put the bread slices onto a chopping board and cover them with cling film. Roll out thinly using a rolling pin.Step 2
Remove the cling film and spread the bread with cream cheese.Step 3
Put the raspberries into a bowl. Mash with a fork and spread over the bread.Step 4
Use your hands to roll the bread up tightly to make two logs. Trim the ends then slice each log into three pieces.Step 5
Serve the rolls with extra raspberries, and enjoy.
