This Talisker Hot Chocolate recipe is a seriously delicious way to spice up your normal liquid chocolate treat. The Talisker whisky, which has a rich and warming barley-malt flavour, adds some heat to this soothing drink. But it doesn’t lose its sweet taste, thanks to the golden syrup and the s’mores on the side. This grown-up version of hot chocolate is perfect for Bonfire Night celebrations and Christmas parties.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 ml of talisker whiskey
- 25 g of hot chocolate, with 30ml of hot water
- 2 marshmallows
- 150 ml of organic oat and barley drink
- 10 g of lotus biscoff spread smooth
- 2 lotus biscoff biscuits
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2 lindt chocolate bar, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Add 50ml of Talisker whisky to a mug.Step 2
Mix in the golden syrup, hot chocolate powder, 150ml Jord Oat & Barley Milk and 30ml of hot water. Throw in a pinch of sea salt, heat and whisk.Step 3
Next, create your s’mores. Spread some Lotus spread onto 2 Lotus biscuits. Then, place two warm marshmallows in between, squishing the marshmallow with the biscuits. Enjoy with your hot chocolate.
