Ingredients
- 60 ml Smirnoff Tamarind Vodka
- 1 lime, halved
- 2 sticks celery
- 250ml spicy tomato juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce, we like Cholula Original
- 2 guindilla chillies
- 2 pickled baby onions
- 2 caperberries
- 2 cooked tiger prawns
- 2 gherkins
Method
Step 1
Fill 2 glasses with large ice cubes. Evenly pour over the vodka then squeeze over the lime juice and stir with the celery stick to chill.Step 2
Pour over the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and chilli sauce, if using, and stir again.Step 3
Thread 1 large cocktail stick with 1 chilli, onion, caperberry, prawn and gherkin then repeat to make a second.Step 4
Top each cocktail with the garnish and enjoy.
