Ingredients

  • 80 g of low fat greek-style yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp of cooking fat
  • 2 salmon fillets, skin-on, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 heaped tbsp of tandoori seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp of tomato purée
  • 0.5 lemon, juice of

Method

  • Step 1

Mix together the yogurt, garlic, tandoori seasoning and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2

Add in the Flora Cuisine, then stir in tomato puree and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly.
  • Step 3

Place salmon fillets, skin side-down, in a baking dish. Spread the yogurt mixture over the fish.
  • Step 4

Preheat a medium grill. Cook the salmon under the grill for 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Don’t worry if the salmon blackens slightly when grilled; this adds to the flavour. Serve with green beans and new potatoes.
