Ingredients

  • 20 ml of lime juice
  • 20 ml of dry vermouth
  • 2 tsp of apricot jam
  • 50 ml of golden rum

Method

  • Step 1

    Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Step 2

    Finish with a wedge of lime.
