Ingredients
- 2 parts of brut champagne or dry sparkling wine
- 2 parts of club soda
- 1 strip of lemon rind, to garnish
- 1.5 parts of st-germain
Method
Step 1
Stir the ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Think of Paris circa 1947. Garnish with a lemon twist.
