Tinto de Verano

Tinto de Verano

By OcadoLife
Published on 26 June 2022
Meaning ‘summer red’, Tinto de Verano is a fruity tipple similar to its more famous cousin sangria. Bursting with cheerful Spanish city-break vibes, this mix of gin, red wine, sugar syrup and soda water from Ottolenghi group bar manager Oren Coleman is super refreshing and looks irresistible in a pretty pitcher or jug loaded with ice cubes and slices of fresh strawberries, orange and lemon.
