Whip up our indulgent Tiramisu Custard Pudding in just 10 minutes – serve straight away or get ahead and make this with your morning coffee. You can also use this recipe as a base and switch in your favourite flavours – try chocolate sauce and vanilla extract instead of coffee and liqueur for a family friendly version if you like. Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 400g tin ready-made custard
- 50ml espresso, cooled
- 50ml coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 sponge fingers
- 6 Guylian chocolates
Method
Step 1
Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl and whisk to form stiff peaks.Step 2
Gradually add the custard, whisking to medium peaks between each addition.Step 3
Pour in the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur then whisk again to combine.Step 4
Spoon into 6 serving glasses or bowls, sieve over a little cocoa powder, crumble over the sponge fingers and top with a chocolate to serve.
