Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 2 cm of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
- 150 g of tenderstem broccoli
- 150 g of noodles
- 160 g of tofoo
Method
Step 1
Toss the tofu with the soy sauce, mirin, ginger and garlic.Step 2
Heat the sunflower oil in a non-stick pan or wok and fry the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, add the red onion and broccoli. Toss well and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.Step 3
Cook the noodles according to package instructions.Step 4
Toss in the noodles and heat through for 2 minutes.
