Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 (200g) M&S barrel-aged feta, sliced
- 1 tsp easy chilli
- 1 tsp za’atar
- 2 tbsp M&S Collection Select Farms British Honey
- 1 pack M&S Middle Eastern-inspired flatbreads
- 2 tbsp mint, roughly chopped
Method
Step 1
Heat the grill to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas 4. Pour 1 tbsp oil into a roasting dish and arrange the feta slices over the top. Mix the remaining 2 tbsp oil with the chilli and za’atar, then spoon over the feta.Step 2
Drizzle over the honey and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put on a high shelf in the oven and grill for 8-10 mins, or until the feta is golden brown.Step 3
After 5 mins add the flatbread to the oven on a lower shelf to warm through.Step 4
Remove the bread and feta from the oven and sprinkle the feta with mint. Cut the flatbread into wedges and serve alongside.
