Tom Kerridge’s Ultimate Chocolate Milkshake

Tom Kerridge’s ultimate chocolate shake is a proper weekend treat. Created exclusively for M&S Food, this recipe uses chocolate sauce, a luxurious chocolate ice cream and rich dark chocolate for a touch of decadence. Ingredients
- 400ml whole milk
- 5 tbsp Belgian chocolate sauce
- 3 scoops Collection Ultimate Chocolate Luxury Ice Cream
- 4 M&S Extremely Chocolatey Dark Chocolate Rounds, 1 whole, 1 roughly chopped, 2 halved
- 4 tbsp M&S UHT squirty real dairy cream
Method
Step 1
Pour the milk, 2 tbsp chocolate sauce, 1 scoop chocolate ice cream and 2 whole dark chocolate rounds into a blender and blend until smooth.Step 2
Drizzle the remaining 3 tbsp chocolate sauce around the inside of 2 x 350ml milkshake glasses, then add a little around the rims. Pour the chocolate milkshake evenly between the glasses and add 1 scoop of ice cream to each. Pipe a swirl of cream, about 2 tbsp per milkshake, over the ice cream and sprinkle with the chopped dark chocolate round.Step 3
Stick the chocolate round halves into the whipped cream. Poke a straw into each milkshake and serve immediately.
