Ingredients
- 180g pache or other pasta
- 2 tbsp white breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp (approx.) pitted nocellara olives, roughly chopped
- 1 (280g) jar M&S Collection Italian Tomato & Vodka Pasta Sauc
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water to pack instructions.Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the breadcrumbs in a little oil until toasted and golden.Step 3
Drain the pasta, return to the pan and toss with the tomato and vodka sauce over low heat. Serve scattered with the breadcrumbs, diced olives and a grind of black pepper.
