
Tony’s Easter Brownie

Our Tony’s Easter Brownie is so easy, and so delicious. The best thing about this brownie is that you can use any of your favourite flavoured Tony’s chocolates to load on top, we’ve used some of the Easter Eggs Assortment and Triple Chocolate Little’ Bits. Why not try sprinkling with Milk Marshmallow & Biscuit Mix then chopped Everything Bar instead?Time and servings

Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 180g bar Tony's Chocolonely Dark Chocolate 70%, chopped
- 200g golden caster
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 100g plain flour
- 25g cocoa
- ½ x 150g pack Tony's Chocolonely Easter Eggs Assortment, some halved and some chopped
- 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles, optional
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan/ gas 4. Line a 20cm x 24cm rectangular tin with non-stick baking paper.Step 2
Tip the butter and chocolate bars into a pan and set over a low heat. Gently stir until just melted then remove from the heat and set aside for 5 mins to cool slightly.Step 3
Whisk through the sugar and salt, then the eggs and mix until smooth.Step 4
Add the flour and cocoa then whisk again until just combined. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 25 mins.Step 5
Remove from the oven and set on a wire rack. Top with as many of the chocolate eggs as you like then set aside to cool. Slice to serve.
