Ingredients

  • 70 g of mccain crispy french fries
  • 1 m&s ultimate brioche burger bun
  • 15 g of ross & ross gifts bbq jam smoky chipotle chilli
  • 80 g of jude's vanilla clotted cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the french fries according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Step 2

    Slice open the brioche and spread the jam.

  • Step 3

    Add a scoop of the ice cream into the brioche.
