A simple, protein-packed lunch that comes together in minutes. We've swapped mayonnaise for Greek yoghurt for a high protein, lighter, and fresh-tasting filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 160g tins tuna chunks in spring water, drained, we used M&S
  • 195g tin sweetcorn, drained, we used M&S Sweet Sweetcorn
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 6 wholemeal pittas, we used M&S

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the tuna, sweetcorn and yoghurt in a large bowl until combined. Season with black pepper.
  • Step 2

    Slice the pittas in half and fill with the tuna mixture.
