Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 2 large free-range eggs
- 1 tsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 pinch aleppo pepper flakes
- 5 (approx.) dill sprigs
- 1 slice sourdough, buttered (gluten free if required)
Method
Step 1
In a single serving dish, stir the garlic and sea salt into the greek yoghurt.Step 2
Poach the eggs in a pan of simmering water for 3-4 mins or until cooked to your liking; drain well and sit on top of the yoghurt.Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the chilli oil and aleppo pepper flakes in a small pan until sizzling; immediately pour over the eggs. Top with dill sprigs and, if you like, serve with toasted, buttered sourdough (gluten free if required).
