
Turmeric Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 handful of berries, to serve
- 1 vanilla pod, or half a tsp of vanilla bean paste
- 150 ml of milk
- 0.5 tsp of bart ground turmeric
- 0.5 tsp of bart ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp of porridge oats
- 2 tsp of flax seeds
- 1 drizzle of honey, to serve
- 1 handful of seeds, to serve
Method
Step 1
Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod. In a Tupperware or lidded jar mix the vanilla seeds and pod with the milk and spices. Stir in the oats and flax seeds, put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.Step 2
In the morning give the oats a good stir, remove the vanilla pod, and serve topped with a drizzle of honey, seeds, and berries.
