Twisted Wet Martini

Classic and chic, try serving a twisted wet martini at your next soirée – garnished with a curl of lemon zest, of course. With just two ingredients, a martini is one of the simplest cocktails you can master and usually goes down a treat. You can use a cocktail shaker or jug to muddle the ingredients in this recipe. Ingredients
- 20 ml of white port
- 40 ml of gin
- 1 lemon zest, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Pour the white port and gin into a shaker or jug. Fill with ice and stir until the liquid has diluted by around 25ml.Step 2
Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
