Ingredients

  • 20 ml of white port
  • 40 ml of gin
  • 1 lemon zest, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the white port and gin into a shaker or jug. Fill with ice and stir until the liquid has diluted by around 25ml.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
