Say hello to the Ultimate Cheesecake Waffle Cone sweet treat. A no-bake showstopper that is sure to please everyone. These cones are fully loaded with everything we love about a classic dessert – creamy and fruity with a touch of crunch – all served in a sprinkle-dipped waffle cone, as seen on M&S’s Cooking with the Stars.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp M&S Jazzie Sprinkles, to coat
- 3 M&S Waffle Cones
- 100g M&S Collection Madagascan Vanilla White Chocolate, melted
- 200g full-fat cream cheese
- 50g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 75g double cream
- 4 tbsp M&S Raspberry Coulis
- 50g M&S Chocolate Dipped Honeycomb, roughly chopped
Method
Step 1
Pour the Jazzie Sprinkles in a bowl. Dip the top of each cone into the melted white chocolate, then into the Jazzie dish and gently roll the cones around to coat the outside generously. Set the cones upside down on a plate to set.Step 2
For the cheesecake, spoon the cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and, using an electric hand whisk, whisk in the icing sugar until smooth. Add in the lemon juice, zest and the double cream then whisk until thick and creamy.Step 3
Fold 2-3 tbsp raspberry coulis through the cheesecake filling to create a ripple effect, being careful not to over-mix. Spoon into the piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle.Step 4
Spoon the remaining raspberry coulis into a small piping bag.Step 5
Pipe the cheesecake filling into the waffle cones. Serve topped with honeycomb pieces and an extra drizzle of raspberry coulis.
