Want to become BBQ royalty this summer? Pull out the big guns with this unbelievably good stuffed mushroom recipe. Filled with cheese, crispy onions and some delicious Anchor butter marinade, this dish will have you crowned king of the grill.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 6 large flat mushrooms, stalk removed
- 150 g of anchor cajun butter (search "cheeky cajun butter marinade")
- 200 g of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tsps of chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons of worcester sauce
- 100 g of crispy fried onions
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Method
Step 1
Light up the BBQ coals and oil your grill.Step 2
In a bowl, mix your prepared Anchor Cajun butter with your cheddar, chilli, and Worcester sauce.Step 3
Stuff your mixture into each mushroom, then top with your crispy fried onions. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper.Step 4
Place your mushrooms onto the BBQ and cook for 6-8 mins. Once the cheese is bubbling and your mushrooms are cooked, plate up and serve.Step 5
