Ingredients
- 600 g of cream cheese
- 170 g of butter
- 3 dessert spoons of icing sugar
- 340 g of digestive biscuits
- 3 drops of extract of vanilla
- 500 g of marscapone
Method
Step 1
Put crushed biscuits in a bowl with melted butter or margarine. When completely mixed, press into a spring based, loose-bottomed tin.Step 2
Put cream cheese and Mascarpone in a large bowl and beat until smooth, then add icing sugar and vanilla and beat again. Transfer mixture into the tin.Step 3
Cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.Step 4
Remove from the tin and decorate with fresh fruit.
