You can add a whole host of toppings to your morning porridge, so while this recipe uses blueberries, feel free to add your other favourite fruits.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 g of porridge oats
- 350 ml of almond milk
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 50 g of blueberries
Method
Step 1
Put the oats in a saucepan with the almond milk, coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook over a low-medium heat for 3–4 minutes.Step 2
Remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup until your porridge looks creamy.Step 3
Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries on the top.
