Ingredients
- 150 g of tenderstem broccoli
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100 g of feta,crumbled
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 260 g of green pesto
Method
Step 1
Boil the rigatoni for 10 mins, adding the broccoli for the final 2 mins, then drain.Step 2
Put the pepper, tomatoes and pesto in the hot pan and stir to warm through.Step 3
Stir in the pasta, broccoli and feta, then serve.
