Vegetable Tortellini with Arrabbiata Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 sprinkling of basil leaves, to serve
  • 250 g of mr organic vegetable tortellini
  • 250 g of mattarello arrabbiata sauce
  • 50 g of violife non-dairy cheese alternative prosociano, (to serve)

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the vegetable tortellini. Cook for 12-15 mins until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.
  • Step 2

    Place the pan on a low heat and add the arrabbiata sauce. Stir to coat and cook for 1 min until the sauce is hot through.
  • Step 3

    Divide between two bowls and top with lots of grated cheese, some black pepper and basil leaves, if liked.
