
Viral Chocolate Mousse

This 3-ingredient viral dessert has such a light, smooth texture its genuinely hard to believe that it’s made from tofu! Naturally high in protein and containing antioxidants from the dark chocolate, this is a winner of a recipe!

Ingredients
- 50g 70% dark chocolate, melted, we used Lindt
- 150g silken tofu
- ½ tbsp maple syrup/honey (optional)
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
Method
Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few mins.Step 2
Whizz the tofu, melted chocolate and maple syrup or honey in a small food processor or blender until smooth (about 2 mins). Either enjoy immediately or transfer to the fridge to set up for 4hrs.Step 3
To serve, divide between 2 small plates, then drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the sea salt!
