A bright festive cocktail bursting with invigorating citrus juice to enliven your appetite. We've used blood orange juice here to achieve the deep colour and intense flavour – you could also use a blend of orange, pink grapefruit and clementine juices. Serve these at a Christmas party or on the big day itself.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 ml of vodka
- 100 ml of blood orange juice
- 2 dashes of bitters
Method
Step 1
Fill a hi-ball glass with ice, pour in all the ingredients and stir to combine. Finish with star anise and/or a cinnamon stick.
