Ingredients
- 600g watermelon chunks
- 200g cherries, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 pinch za’atar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 150g feta cubes
- 1 handful mint leaves, shredded
Method
Step 1
On a platter, combine the watermelon and cherries. Drizzle over the oil and pomegranate molasses; sprinkle with the za’atar and sea salt.Step 2
