This healthy cool-down for hot days at home will be loved by both kids and adults alike. And the best thing about this summery recipe? It only calls for one ingredient! Apart from a watermelon, all you'll need is a few lolly sticks and a decent freezer. Time and servings

- 1 watermelon
Method
Step 1
Halve a watermelon lengthways and place cut side down on the chopping board. Cut widthways into 2cm-thick half-moon slices and then cut each slice into 2 to 4 triangles depending on how big the melon is.Step 2
Trim off the rind if you wish and push a cocktail fork or lolly stick into each piece.Step 3
Lay on a lined baking sheet so they’re not touching, and pop in the freezer for 3-5 hrs until frozen.Step 4
Eat straight away or if you wrap them individually in clingfilm they’ll keep for a week.
