Whipped Sesame Tofu Dip

Ingredients

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 0.5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp white sesame seeds (or use black sesame seeds, or a combination)

Method

  • Step 1

    Drain the tofu and tip into a food processor or blender. Add the tahini and 
garlic granules; season to taste, then blitz until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, whisk everything together by hand for a couple of mins.
  • Step 2

    Serve in a bowl drizzled with the extra-virgin olive oil and a scattering of sesame seeds.
  • Step 3

    The dip will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze after blending for up 
to 6 months.
