
Whipped Sesame Tofu Dip

Ingredients
- 300g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 0.5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tbsp white sesame seeds (or use black sesame seeds, or a combination)
Method
Step 1
Drain the tofu and tip into a food processor or blender. Add the tahini and garlic granules; season to taste, then blitz until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, whisk everything together by hand for a couple of mins.Step 2
Serve in a bowl drizzled with the extra-virgin olive oil and a scattering of sesame seeds.Step 3
The dip will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze after blending for up to 6 months.
