  • 40 ml of premium white rum or 60ml non-alcoholic rum
  • 20 ml of lime juice
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup
  • 200 ml of london essence white peach and jasmine soda, to top up
  • 1 sprig of mint

  1. Step 1

    Take 2 chilled highball glasses and fill them with a generous amount of cubed ice. ​Shake the the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice together in a cocktail shaker, double strain the mixture, split between the glasses and then top with London Essence white peach and jasmine soda. ​Garnish with a sprig of mint for a fragrant finishing touch.
