White Peach and Jasmine Mojito

This white peach and jasmine mojito is an elevated take on a classic. Smooth white rum is perfectly accentuated by London Essence crisp white peach and jasmine soda, while fresh lime juice and mint provide a fragrant and citrusy edge. Ingredients
- 40 ml of premium white rum or 60ml non-alcoholic rum
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml of sugar syrup
- 200 ml of london essence white peach and jasmine soda, to top up
- 1 sprig of mint
Method
Step 1
Take 2 chilled highball glasses and fill them with a generous amount of cubed ice. Shake the the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice together in a cocktail shaker, double strain the mixture, split between the glasses and then top with London Essence white peach and jasmine soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint for a fragrant finishing touch.
