Ingredients
- 1 globe artichoke, cut in half
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp of lurpak® lighter
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 6.Step 2
Prepare a bowl of lemon water using the juice of 1 lemon. Trim the stalks of the artichokes and cut in half. Remove the choke then place the artichokes in the bowl of lemon water.Step 3
Remove the artichoke halves from the bowl of lemon water. Pat them dry and lay them cut side up in a roasting tray. Dot with Lurpak® Lighter.Step 4
Squeeze a little lemon juice over the artichokes and roast for 30-40 mins until the artichokes are tender.Step 5
Remove from the oven and baste with the lemon butter mixture from the bottom of the roasting tray. Serve immediately.
