Just the thing for a Pride party, or a get-together with friends, this mint-laced You Sexy Thing cocktail mixes miracle partners rum, chocolate and spice, for a tipple with attitude. A dash of Tabasco adds a warming kick, while a sprinkling of grated dark chocolate on top adds an indulgent touch.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 100 ml of spiced rum
- 50 ml of cacao liqueur
- 30 ml of chocolate syrup
- 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
- 1 drop of of tabasco
- 1 dark chocolate, grated, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Fill 2 whisky tumblers with ice.Step 2
Combine the rum, cacao liqueur, chocolate syrup, mint leaves and Tabasco in a cocktail shaker with another handful of ice; shake for 10 secs until the shaker is cold to the touch.Step 3
Strain into the glasses and garnish with a little grated dark chocolate and extra mint leaves.
