You Sexy Thing Cocktail

A dash of Tabasco adds a warming kick, while a sprinkling of grated dark chocolate on top adds an indulgent touch.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of spiced rum
  • 50 ml of cacao liqueur
  • 30 ml of chocolate syrup
  • 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
  • 1 drop of of tabasco
  • 1 dark chocolate, grated, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill 2 whisky tumblers with ice.

  • Step 2

    Combine the rum, cacao liqueur, chocolate syrup, mint leaves and Tabasco in a cocktail shaker with another handful of ice; shake for 10 secs until the shaker is cold to the touch.

  • Step 3

    Strain into the glasses and garnish with a little grated dark chocolate and extra mint leaves.
