  1. Fry 450g beef mince with 1 finely chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves until brown, and add 2 tsp paprika, a 400g can of chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato purée e and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until reduced.
  2. Place a tortilla on a lined baking tray and spoon over a portion of mince evenly, along with a handful of grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, sprinkle over a little more cheese and repeat with 4 more tortillas. Finish with grated cheese on top.
  3. Bake the whole thing for 10 minutes, finish under the grill and cut into wedges to serve.
