excellent for periods
My daughter is a nurse, these are lifesavers on the days when toilet breaks are further apart than you would comfortably chose

nothing is perfect.
Yes, single reviewer, these do leak as you say. But they have some benefits over alternative makes. Longer, less bulky around the bottom area, neater under trousers, for instance. A little more realistic and very comfortable. Probably best to wear a smaller size where possible, which fit closer round tops of legs?

leaks when lying down.
Okay when sitting and walking. Does not absorb quick enough for a fit of coughing. When lying in bed it leaked out the back. Disappointing.
