Amisa Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour 500g

Ideal for making pancakes, cookies or for use in baking and sauces.

Rice Flour Brownies
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large vegan eggs (flax/chia)

Preparation
Preheat oven 180°C & oil an 8" x 8" tray.
Mix rice flour, baking soda. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
Stir in sugar, mix in the cocoa powder.
Add vanilla extract and eggs.
Pour in the dry mixture and combine.
Pour into baking tray & bake for 30/35 mins.
