Rice originates from South Asia and is a food staple for most of the world's population. It is naturally gluten free. We mill our organic whole rice grains extra fine. Ideal for making pancakes, cookies or for use in baking and sauces.

Preparation and Usage
Recipes
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large vegan eggs (flax/chia)
Preparation
Preheat oven 180°C & oil an 8" x 8" tray.
Mix rice flour, baking soda. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
Stir in sugar, mix in the cocoa powder.
Add vanilla extract and eggs.
Pour in the dry mixture and combine.
Pour into baking tray & bake for 30/35 mins.

Not buckwheat flour
I am sure this is lovely, but I ordered buckwheat flour, and this is what I got (substitution). It is nothing like buckwheat flour.
Lovely Flour
Great rice flour. Does what you expect from a brown rice flour. Great for pancakes!
Product has changed
I have purchased this many times and the flour was excellent but my last pack contained small black flecks that spoilt the look of my baking. Amisa's buckwheat flour also now contains hundreds of black flecks. Sadly I will have to find a new source.
Versitile and nutritious
Great for sweet and savory bakes. Great when incorporated into a multitude of recipes. Low in oxilates too .

So far I've made lovely shortbread and brownies with this and have a flatbread recipe to try out too. Lovely, just pricey.
