great gluten-free alternative
I just replaced self raising flour with this chestnut flour and a raising agent in cup cakes, was really good flavour, didnt taste of chestnuts, just tasted normal .
Just perfect and lasts
Superb flour, whoich adds a sweet nuttiness to baking and if stored carefully will last much longer than its date, which helps as it is not cheap but worth the money
LOVE this flour
This flour is sooooo delicious. I make pancakes with it and the flavour is amazing. This is in my shop nearly every week. Would highly recommend.
Amazing
So good, can make super yummy cakes . Very expensive but it's worth it !
Fantastic
One of the best gluten free flours around. Has a mild sweet taste. Great in cake baking, rises well with baking powder, doesnt require much liquid, goes fantastic with ground almond for muffins. Has a soft texture a bit crumbly does not require another flour to be mixed with unlike some other gf flours.
Versatile and nutritious
Thanks for stocking. Works well for sweet and savory bakes. Holds well in a multitude of recipes and is low in oxilates , will recommend
