Good Flavour
This is a great light soy, Alwasy handy to have in the cupboard and a great for stir fry veg.
Delicious flavour
Amoy Light Soy Sauce is my flavor secret. Its delicate balance enhances dishes without overpowering them. A must-have for every kitchen.
Flavourful
An incredible depth of flavour for a light soy sauce. Fantastic for dipping but also a great base ingredient for salad dressings and marinades. Well designed spout so portion control is easy.
Great for cooking with
I love Kikkoman with my sushi, & always have it in the cupboard, alongside this one, which is far more versatile. I use it for all my cooking - adding a splash or dash to sauces, or when marinading, pimping out mushrooms etc. Its very tasty, adding a great little punch of umami, without being overpowering, & the kids dont find it too strong when I cook Asian inspired meals with it.
Weird smelling soy sauce
I got this soy sauce as part of a meal deal. It had a weird smell when I added it to some stir fry veg, which prompted me to look at the ingredients. So many ingredients! I dont want nasty chemicals and E numbers in my food. I wont buy this again
Its no Kikkomans
Seems to have a good share of the UK market for some reason and I'm not sure why. Not much taste to it, I am a solid convert to Kikkomans now, which is much, much more flavoursome
