funny taste
Chemical tasting . Thought Id try these but will not buy again.
Not Singapore noodles
Horrible sour taste and not vermicelli as expected for Singapore noodles, these are thicker.
Dreadful
1 star is 1 too many for these noodles. They are thicker than the ones you'd get in a restaurent or takeaway. There was no hint of the curry flavour you would expect. I was embarrassed to serve this for dinner and will never buy them again.
tasted sour, not singapore noodles at all
tasted sour, not singapore noodles at all
Binned unfortunately
Oof these were a hard no. I'm glad I didn't follow the instructions. I fried the noodles separately as I wanted a little char on them. The chemical smell that came off of them was completely off putting. I tasted them and they would've ruined the meal if I kept them. Horrible flavour, they must rely on the stir fry sauce to mask it. Taste and texture are not good. Don't recommend.
Not great, and not true Singapore noodles
Not what I thought they'd be. Singapore noodles are generally made with rice vermicelli, but these are wheat noodles, and I agree with those who say they fall apart/break apart quite easily when cooked. The taste is okayish (inoffensive), but I wouldn't buy them again. They're not cheap enough to be worth it - it's way more cost effective and tasty to just buy dried noodles.
