History
The House of Arthur Metz is ideally located to the north of the picturesque Alsace wine route which represents the backbone of Alsatian wine country. Arthur Metz is a major player in Alsace wine and the leading producer of Crémant d'Alsace Sparkling wine
Regional Information
Alsatian vineyard is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann. Alsace owns a mosaïc of terroirs very different from each other.

Tastes like prosecco

So this isnt bad, but it does taste like a prosecco and it has a metallic aftertaste. This isnt what I want when I buy cremante.

Great value

Great value fizz when on offer, more like champagne as doesnt have the sweetness of Prosecco. Easy drinking

Nothing special

It might be nice in a cocktail, but on its own, I couldnt detect any fragrance in the aroma or anything to excite the palate. I was expecting a more golden colour too. For the price you could get a top notch Prosecco instead.

Good quality fizz from award winning producer

Very good French alternative to Champagne with good bubbles and flavour. Not keen on the price here even on "offer" - Amazon currently selling for under nine pounds!

makes a delicious champagne cocktail

Pretty nice on its own, too. But I prefer this to Prosecco or champagne in cocktails. Good value, consistent quality - the Metz rose brut is pretty nice, too.
